To register for any class at either location, please click the registration form paw below. Print out the registration form and either mail it (payment is required at time of registration) or email it to:

Upon receipt of the completed form and check, which reserves your place in class, a confirmation will
be emailed to you. Included with the confirmation will be directions and a list of items needed for
class. (ie 6ft. leash, good treats, etc.) Please note: NO Shock collars, prong collars or choke chains
will be allowed in any of our classes.

If you have children please read our policy on children attending classes.

ALL BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH OUR HARTLAND LOCATION ONLY.

Phone Hours

Our phone hours are completely separate from our training hours. Even if the office is closed, classes may
still be going on.

Our phone hours are:
Monday-Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm
No Saturday or Sunday phone hours - Please leave a message. Phone calls are returned!
(If you plan to stop at our office, please call ahead. The office is not always staffed.)

Deadline for registration is 24 hours prior to the first class, unless other arrangements are made.

You may print out the registration form and register for class by mail or by phone. Our phone number for ALL facilities is 262•369•3935.

The date listed is the start date of class. You MUST pre-register for all classes. All classes meet
once a week on the same day and time. Prices and dates subject to change without notice.

If you wish to cancel out of a class or switch to a different session, we require 72 hours notice prior to its start date or you will be charged for the entire segment of classes. If you are outside of that window you will be charged for the entire segment of classes. We are not responsible for missed classes. Class fees are non-transferable to another class and non-refundable.

Both facilities are modern, heated, air conditioned and fully matted for your comfort and safety.

HARTLAND LOCATION

1005 Richards Road, Suite H, Hartland, WI 53029
Conveniently located off of Highway 83 in Hartland. 2.5 miles North of I-94 and 1.5 miles South of Highway 16. Turn East between Hartland Music and the Wilkinson Clinic. Turn Right into the parking lot just before you get to Richards Road. Suite H is about half way down.

From I-94:
Go North on Highway 83. Go PAST the sign for Hartland Music (looks like a grand piano) then turn Right at the Aurora Wilkinson Medical Clinic. The 2nd road on the right is Richards Road. Our parking lot is ON THE RIGHT JUST BEFORE YOU GET TO RICHARDS ROAD.

From Highway 16:
Go South on Highway 83. You will continue 1 block south of the Mobil Gas Station and turn Left at the Aurora Wilkinson Medical Clinic. The 2nd road on the right is Richards Road. Our parking lot is ON THE RIGHT JUST BEFORE YOU GET TO RICHARDS ROAD.

PEWAUKEE LOCATION

(PLEASE MAIL OR FAX REGISTRATION FORMS TO OUR HARTLAND OFFICE ONLY. Our Pewaukee location is only open when a class is in session.)

From I-94:
Take Exit 294, Highway 164 / Highway J / Waukesha/Pewaukee Exit.
Go North on Highway 164. Travel just past Highway M (Watertown Road) and turn right on to Schuett Drive. Entrance to Best Paw Forward is on the East side (right) of Pewaukee Veterinary Service building. Enter through the door that says Best Paw Forward and go downstairs. Please do not enter through the vet clinic entrance.

From Capitol Drive:
Take Capitol Drive to Highway 164. Go South on Highway 164. Continue just past Green Road and turn Left onto Schuett Drive. Entrance to Best Paw Forward is on the East side (right) of Pewaukee Veterinary Service building. Enter through the door that says Best Paw Forward and go downstairs. Please do not enter through the vet clinic entrance.
